Services

Clarity that holds up in the room. Expose risk → establish truth → decide what’s allowed.

InformatiQx is built for leaders who are tired of debating numbers and ready for decisions that can be defended with the data available today.

Our posture: decision-first. Asynchronous by default. We don’t do open-ended discovery, dashboard builds for unclear decisions, or “just analyze it” engagements. Every engagement ends in a clear outcome — and when necessary, a stop/reset call.
Quick fit question? Use chat for a fast answer. If it’s real work, the intake is still the fastest path.

Most engagements begin with an Executive Decision Clarity Review™ (fixed-scope, asynchronous). If deeper alignment is warranted, a Data Clarity Sprint™ is time-boxed and priced for executive-grade clarity.

Overview

Six devices. One purpose: truth you can defend.

Most teams don’t have a “data problem.” They have a trust and definition problem. These services are designed to locate the divergence, lock the definition, and state what holds, what doesn’t, and what must happen before proceeding.

  • Decision Exposure (Digital Suite) to surface early risk and definition drift (self-serve).
  • Executive Decision Clarity Review™ to diagnose what’s actually wrong (asynchronous).
  • Data Clarity Sprint™ to resolve ambiguity and establish shared truth (time-boxed).
  • Defensible Decision Review™ to judge whether action is allowed (go / constrain / stop).
  • Pathfinder™ Roadmap to convert clarity into a prioritized plan (post-sprint).
  • Navigator™ Advisory to maintain defensibility over time (post-sprint).
The funnel (on purpose)

Start with Decision Exposure (Digital Suite) if you want a self-paced baseline. Start with Executive Decision Clarity Review™ if you want an expert read fast. Either way, the goal is the same: determine whether you need a Sprint — or whether you should stop.

You’ll receive a direct recommendation in leadership language: what’s defensible, what’s risky, and what to do next.
Self-Serve

Start with early risk exposure — then escalate if stakes are real.

Decision Exposure exists to surface blind spots early, establish shared language, and help you decide whether escalation is necessary. It’s an entry device — not a substitute for an external verdict.

Decision Exposure: pressure-test before you commit

Use Decision Exposure when you sense something is off — but you’re not ready for an engagement. You’ll get executive-ready tools that reveal definition drift, trust gaps, and decision risk.

Escalate when:
  • Leaders interpret results differently
  • The decision timeline is tightening
  • The cost of being wrong is material
  • You need an external verdict that holds up under scrutiny

If any of the above are true, escalate to an Executive Decision Clarity Review™ or a Data Clarity Sprint™.

Exposure surfaces risk. Review diagnoses causes. The Sprint resolves divergence. Defensible decides what’s allowed.

Services

Choose by consequence — not by hype.

Use the light devices to expose and diagnose. Use the heavy device when the decision has real downside. Follow-ons exist to sustain what you’ve established — not to create busywork.

Entry · low commitment

Decision Exposure (Digital Suite)

Self-serve decision exposure tools that reveal definition drift, trust gaps, and risk signals.

Decision Exposure is designed to surface where a decision is already fragile — before alignment meetings, dashboards, automation, or AI harden the wrong assumptions.

  • Reveal definition drift across teams and metrics
  • Expose trust gaps hidden by “working” dashboards
  • Identify where a decision will fail under scrutiny
Position: Entry device. Built to expose risk — not to resolve it.
Diagnose

Executive Decision Clarity Review™

Focused diagnosis — without forcing a call.

A structured expert review to identify where metric truth breaks, what risk leadership is carrying, and the most defensible next step. You receive a written summary leaders can act on.

  • Clarify the decision at stake + what’s slowing it down
  • Locate divergence: definitions, sources, workflow, or logic
  • Recommend the next step: review-only, Sprint, Defensible, or stop
Price: $3,000 · Fixed-scope · Asynchronous
Resolve

Data Clarity Sprint™

Time-boxed alignment + executive-grade clarity.

Recommended when the situation requires deeper analysis, multi-stakeholder alignment, and an executive-ready deliverable leadership can use to decide and execute.

This is not open-ended discovery. It ends in an explicit outcome: Proceed, Proceed with constraints, or Stop / Reset.

  • Lock one defensible definition + calculation for the decision
  • Expose hidden logic, workarounds, and risk in the current data story
  • Deliver a clear path: what to fix, what to ignore, what to monitor
Price: $9,500 · Time-boxed · Executive-grade clarity
Authority · highest consequence

Defensible Decision Review™

Judge whether a data- or AI-driven decision is allowed to proceed.

Defensible is a decision-governance standard and service that determines whether a decision is safe to make. It is the only InformatiQx offering allowed to issue a formal stop/reset call.

  • Issue a formal ruling: Proceed, Proceed with constraints, or Do not proceed
  • Document assumptions, stop conditions, and decision lineage
  • Produce an audit-ready decision record leadership can stand behind
Price: $5,500 · Priced for decision risk and accountability
Plan · post-sprint

Pathfinder™ Roadmap

Translate clarity into a prioritized, defensible plan.

Once truth is established, Pathfinder converts findings into a practical roadmap: what to standardize, what to govern, what to rebuild, and what will create the biggest lift fastest.

  • Prioritized workstreams with sequencing
  • Ownership model for definitions and change control
  • Decision support roadmap grounded in reality
Price: $12,500 · Strategic planning engagement
Sustain · post-sprint

Navigator™ Advisory

Ongoing executive stewardship of high-risk decisions — without adding headcount.

Navigator provides continuity, institutional memory, and guardrails so decisions remain defensible as definitions evolve, teams change, and AI expands.

  • Definition governance + change control
  • Decision-risk reviews and executive narrative support
  • Consistency across analytics, ops, and leadership
Price: $5,000 / month · Continuity and decision volume
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

This is not “more reporting.” It’s decision protection.

How do I know which service I need?

Most clients start with Decision Exposure (self-serve) or an Executive Decision Clarity Review™ (fixed-scope). If the decision has material downside or automation is involved, Defensible Decision Review™ may be appropriate before any further action.

Is Defensible part of a Data Clarity Sprint?

No. The Sprint establishes shared truth. Defensible Decision Review™ determines whether that truth is sufficient to proceed. They serve different roles and are intentionally separated.

Can Defensible stop a decision?

Yes. Defensible is the only InformatiQx service allowed to issue a formal do not proceed ruling when assumptions are not defensible.

Do you implement systems, dashboards, or models?

No. InformatiQx focuses on clarity, judgment, and decision protection. We don’t implement systems or build dashboards for unclear decisions. This separation preserves independence and credibility.

How is pricing determined?

We price based on decision risk and accountability — not time, tools, or headcount. High-consequence decisions require a different level of rigor than exploratory analysis.

Is this only for AI?

No. AI amplifies risk, but Defensible applies to any data-driven decision with financial, clinical, regulatory, or reputational consequences.

Our pricing principle: We price based on decision risk and accountability — not time, tools, or headcount.
Not every decision should move forward. InformatiQx exists to make that clear.
